Great Rift Valley runs from North to South and along it are a few lakes which are some of the most thrilling attractions in Kenya. The lakes are either fresh water or alkaline. Lake Nakuru’s ecosystem is dominated by the lake which is inhabited by the lesser and Greater Flamingos. It is only in Lake Nakuru you will find the only surviving biggest Euphorbia forest in Africa. Lake Naivasha is a fresh water lake, the Abedares ranges feed it. There is Lake Bogoria which is described as the jewel of Kenya and the hot springs and geysers are also found here. Lake Baringo is a fresh water lake on the floor of the Rift Valley.
| Day 01: You will be picked from the airport or your overnight hotel by our office representative and your driver guide and after the safari briefing; you will depart for Lake Naivasha through the Great Rift Valley escarpment. On arrival you will have lunch and later in the afternoon, have a boat ride and a tour of the Crescent Island. Dinner and overnight at a lodge or camp.
Day 02: In the morning depart for Lake Nakuru National Park via Lake Elementaita for a brief stop. On arrival at Lake Nakuru, you will have a game drive in the Park until mid morning when you will check in at your overnight lodge for leisure time and lunch. Later at 1600hrs, you will have an evening game drive until sunset. Dinner and overnight at a lodge or camp.
